At OEM Circuits, production runs use the same in-house process as our prototypes: automated pick-and-place, reflow, wave soldering, washing, and inspection. Programs are saved, so repeat orders are faster and consistent.
If your design needs to change between runs, we can update the program, re-check the BOM, and keep going without starting over.

Typical runs are 1 to 1,000 boards. For larger quantities, contact us and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
Can you repeat an order later?
Yes. Machine programs and setups are saved, so repeat orders are faster and match the previous run.
Do you handle component sourcing?
Yes. We buy from authorized distributors and can manage your BOM, or build with parts you consign.
Do you build through-hole parts too?
Yes. We have wave soldering in-house for connectors and through-hole components, followed by board washing.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver locally across Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and South Florida, and ship anywhere in the U.S.
