Prototype PCB assembly, built fast in Miami

Quick-turn assembly for first articles, engineering builds, and design revisions. Send your files and get a quote in 24–48 hours, from a shop that reviews your design before it touches the line.

WHAT YOU GET

Prototypes that work the first time

Builds from 1 board

No minimum quantity. Build one board to prove a design, or a small batch for testing and certification.

DFM review included

We check your Gerbers, BOM, and placement files for errors and flag manufacturability issues before assembly, not after.

Engineers on the job

We design and debug boards ourselves, so we spot problems a pure assembly house would miss and tell you about them.

WHY IT MATTERS

A prototype partner that understands the design

Prototype runs are where most design problems show up: a footprint that doesn't match the part, a polarity mark that's backwards, a component that went end-of-life last month. Catching those before assembly saves days.

Every prototype at OEM Circuits starts with a file review by someone who designs boards in Altium and writes firmware. If we see something off, we tell you before we build, so your first boards are boards you can actually test.

When the prototype works, the same shop can take it into low-volume production, with the same process and no re-quoting from scratch.

FAQ

Common questions

What files do I need to send?

Gerber files (zipped) or ODB++, a bill of materials with manufacturer part numbers, and a pick-and-place (centroid) file. An assembly drawing helps but is optional.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We regularly build a single prototype board.

Can I supply my own parts?

Yes. You can consign all or some of the components, or we can buy them from authorized distributors.

How fast can you build prototypes?

Quotes go out within 24–48 hours. Build time depends mainly on part availability, and we confirm the lead time with every quote.

Do you serve customers outside Miami?

Yes. We work with customers across South Florida, including Fort Lauderdale, and ship boards anywhere in the U.S.

Have a prototype to build?

Upload your files and we'll reply within 1 business day.
